Helping Expand the Open Air Mall Office Spaces

Built to LEED Silver qualifications, the fit out included new construction from a core and shell space. Interior programing included new office space, communications closet, conference rooms, mechanical systems to support future growth, and IT cabling.  A new reception and employee elevator lobby were also included within the project.
